What is a Webinar?

Webinars are video workshops or presentations hosted online using webinar software which explore a specific topic.

How does it take place?

They take place on Zoom, a platform for online video calling which is free to use. 

Do I need to be visible?

We believe that you should access the webinars in a way that makes you feel comfortable. We welcome you to share your video and to contribute, but you do not have to. It is your choice.

How long does each webinar take?

Our Therapists
