Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy focussing on thinking through how your emotions and thoughts impact your actions and behaviour. CBT helps you to manage these challenges and find ways to help you solve problems in your life.
Our CBT based group sessions are delivered over a course of six weekly therapeutic sessions that will help you to address your emotions and thoughts and enable you to better deal with your problems. Your therapist will work with you and others in the group that are experiencing similar issues to help you to determine feasible and attainable goals and learn new ways that you can work on in your own time to improve your wellbeing – one step at a time.
