We all live busy lives and don't always have time to take care of our wellbeing. That's why Meridian Wellbeing has created this new video series, Wellbeing Bites. In each episode Daniela Gallini provides a 3 minute (ish) introduction to a technique or tool that you can use to help improve your wellbeing.

4X4 Breathing Techniques
When we experience anxiety our heart rate accelerates and our breathing becomes shallow. The following video exercise helps reduce anxiety by normalising our breathing and slowing our heart rate. It is a grounding exercise that can bring you back into the safety of the present moment.
