Join us every Tuesday, 10:30 am – 12:30 pm at the Meritage Centre, Hendon (NW4 4JT).
- 10:30 am – 11:30 am: Enjoy a light, energising physical activity
- 11:30 am – 12:30 pm: Relax with refreshments and friendly conversation
